Has Nasser Mashni Contravened Australia’s Counter-Terrorism Laws?

APAN President Nasser Mashni continues to let down his guard on social media, making a mockery of the idea that he is anything but supportive of Hamas terrorism against innocent civilians.

I have already exposed many of the Twitter/X tweets he ‘liked,’ some of which justified and even celebrated Hamas’ October terrorist attacks. But now Mashni has gone a step further, amplifying and adding to a tweet encouraging Israel-haters to keep up anti-Israel online activity because it hinders the IDF in its operations on the battlefield against Hamas:

I am not sure whether this falls foul of Australia’s counter-terrorism laws, but Hamas is listed as a terror organization, and it is an offence to “provide support to a terrorist organisation.” An argument could be made that here, Mashni is encouraging people to provide some sort of support for Hamas.

His charity “Olive Kids” has already been exposed as sending money to a Gaza-based health organization accused of being affiliated with the PFLP terror group. The question is whether he actually knew of the terror connection. I would implore authorities to explore this further if they haven’t already, given Mashni’s latest slip-up.
