On the eve of the Federal elections in Australia, Peter Lavac, one of Australia’s most high profile criminal barristers, has written a piece on the hatred that has been imported into Australia.

Titled Australia is in Serious Trouble, it sounds alarmist because it justifiably is. The danger Australia finds itself in is very real, with radical elements from overseas who have been allowed in to the country are behind not just violent protests but attempts to influence the elections.

Naturally, Nasser Mashni’s name appears a few times in the piece, with some links to previous exposes of mine.

Excerpt:

Some of these people have no intention of becoming Australians. They have hijacked our public places and the Rule of Law. While many might be innocent civilians, the brutal truth is this: some may be Hamas supporters or even trained operatives hiding behind refugee status. This is a potential national security disaster in slow motion.

Australia is now home to over 17,000 people from Gaza and surrounding areas, with nearly 3,500 in the latest wave of arrivals.

The vetting process has been seriously questioned – and for good reason. ASIO openly admits supporting Hamas doesn’t necessarily stop someone from getting a visa. That’s a gaping hole and extremists are ready to exploit it.

Right now, Muslim political groups are pushing hard in three key New South Wales seats. If they succeed, they could hold the balance of power in a hung parliament. That would give them enormous influence and could change the future of our nation.

The Australia Palestine Advocacy Network (APAN) is pouring money into campaigns in three key seats, especially in NSW. Blaxland (with 31% Muslim voters) and Watson (25%) are at the centre of this push. Their objective is clear: elect Arab or Muslim independents and control the balance of power.APAN calls itself a peace advocacy group, but its leadership tells a very different story. Its president and co-founder, Nasser Mashni, has a criminal history and ties to terrorism. His father was a senior leader in the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO), a group officially recognised by many countries as a terrorist organisation. Mashni was recently recorded outside the State Library of Victoria publicly declaring: “Melbourne is ours, Australia is ours, the world is ours.” Mashni isn’t hiding his ambitions. He wants to dramatically grow the Muslim population in key seats and reach 49%, the tipping point he says that would allow radical groups to seize power and force Islamic law onto this country. You can watch Mashni discuss his plan here

His words speak for themselves: denying Israel’s right to exist, branding Australia a colonial power that must be brought down, and promoting Islamic rule.Things are already escalating. In Melbourne, at what was meant to be a peaceful pro-Israel gathering, a Palestinian refugee, someone to whom Australia granted asylum, threatened to kill Jewish and non-Jewish Australians. Police stood by. They didn’t arrest him. Instead they told peaceful attendees to move along!

This isn’t a one-off. It’s part of a much larger issue. Radical groups are already mobilising voters and trying to shift the outcome of the federal election. See for yourself how APAN is doing it

This election isn’t just about parties or personalities. It’s about the future of Australia.

Read the entire thing.

And if you live in Australia or otherwise hold Australian citizenship, please not just vote for the Liberals, but make sure all those enabling and even engaging in antisemitism are last in your preferences. I suggest you use Mashni’s very own Vote With Palestine tool to get a better idea who to place last in your preferences. It will usually be a Greens candidate, but beware of Teals Independents and Australia’s Voice as well.
