Nasser Sultan is a reality television personality who starred on the fifth season of the Australian reality show Married at First Sight.
Yeah, I know. I had no idea who he was either. That was, until he announced himself to me by leaving the following comments to my Instagram post showing AFL great Wayne Carey expressing support for the Jewish community after the Bondi massacre (note Nasser appears as “Null” since he blocked my account):



Insulting someone for standing against antisemitism and expressing support for Jews – not quite the Nasser Sultan who elsewhere paints himself as a “peacemaker” who promotes co-existence:
So let’s recap.
When a legendary footballer expresses solidarity with Jews after a mass-casualty antisemitic attack, Nasser Sultan’s instinct isn’t empathy, decency, or even silence. It’s abuse, sneering, and then the coward’s classic finishing move: block and retreat.
For a man who made his name on a show about ‘blind’ faith in a partner, he’s certainly making it easy for the rest of us to see exactly who he is.
