Illustrator Ann Kiernan Draws the Line on the Side of Terror, Finds Out

Ann Kiernan is a political illustrator and visual artist based in Berlin.

As an Irish person, she might be forgiven for wanting to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Alas, Ann Kiernan found the opposite of gold at the end of the FAFO.

Imagine protesting against Israel to side with those who committed the worst atrocity to hit the Jewish people since the Holocaust – on the very same day they committed the atrocity. And then to express shock that people do not want to hire you.

It now looks more like a celebratory drawing than a dry depiction of what occurred.

So yes, Ann Kiernan is entitled to her views and draw whatever she likes. But terror support has consequences. And when you jump head-first into the FAFO end of the pool, don’t act surprised when the water is cold.
