A Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the emergency department of Griffin Hospital in Connecticut, you’d think Janyce Murphy would be full of compassion.
And she probably is – unless you are an Israeli or (presumably) a Zionist Jew (over 90% of Jews worldwide).
I know this firsthand – from a vile comment she left under this Instagram post mourning my stepson Gilad Harel, who was recently killed in Lebanon:

Despite revelling in his death and my devastation, note how this evil old hag called Hizbullah terrorists “the bravest.” This alone makes me tremble at the idea she might be around Jewish patients.
But there’s also her antisemitic posts. Like those comparing us to the Nazis, in contravention of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism:

this post spreading the antisemitic blood libel that we steal organs:

and this post invoking the notion of “Jewish supremacy”, a phrase popularized by former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke:

Janyce probably thought it was a good idea to leave that comment to compound my anguish. She may have brought hatred to a house of mourning, but she also brought a knife to a gunfight.
Granted, she may have thought she was twisting that knife in a grieving stepfather. Instead, she exposed herself. When someone publicly glorifies terrorists, revels in the death of a fallen stepson, and traffics in antisemitic smears while working in emergency care, the public has every right to ask whether patients are safe in her hands.
Let Griffin Hospital explain why someone with views like these should remain in a position of trust.
