George Galloway Would Strangle Bibi If He Could
George Galloway to his choir:
- Do not use Nazi imagery when talking about Jews;
- Jews in Israel are not Nazis but they are behaving like Nazis;
- The Gazans trapped in the Warsaw like ghetto of Gaza are dying from starvation and disease;
- The uprising of the Jews in Warsaw is exactly analogous to the situation in Gaza today.
I just can’t be bothered to go on. This whole thing could be fisked. He’s throwing out all the usual lies (nowhere else to fight from, most densely packed place on earth etc). None of this will come as a surprise to Israellycool readers.
I am going to cue it up to 13:20 and suggest you watch as far as 16:50.
Here he starts talking about David Ward MP who was forced, by his Labour Party, to apologise for a tweet which stated he would probably be firing rockets if he lived in Gaza:
The big question is – if I lived in #Gaza would I fire a rocket? – probably yes
— David Ward (@DavidWardMP) July 22, 2014
George regrets that David Ward apologised for this. Then he steps it up a notch and says that David Ward said nothing more than was said by Cheri Blair, the wife of former Prime Minister Tony Blair (and sister to Lauren Booth) in 2002:
As long as young people feel they have got no hope but to blow themselves up you are never going to make progress
As George says here:
Both Cheri Blair and David Ward were both speaking the obvious truth.
Including some Shakespeare:
Would you take up arms against this sea of troubles and try by opposing to end them?
Or commit suicide by walking into the sea, though he claims you’d be shot if you got past shoulder deep!
and unlike David Ward, I wouldn’t just fire rockets, I’d fight them with my bare hands if I could get my hands on the people responsible for these crimes. Write that down, somebody will call on me to apologise.
What’s the point in asking for an apology? I like it when the haters show their hate so we know who they are. I’m pretty sure David Ward had his fingers crossed behind his back when giving his fake, forced apology.
There’s one other little gem that crops up right after that bit. Galloway has long left it completely ambiguous as to when and if he “reverted” to Islam. After an interview with New Statesman that claimed to have stated exactly when and where he became a Muslim, he came back guns blazing. It’s fairly tedious at this stage, the guy is almost certainly a practicing Muslim and his refusal to confirm this is strange.
Because at 16:43 he’s asked, as an aside by the host, if he wants a glass of water, and he turns this down because he is fasting for Ramadam (which was ongoing just as Operation Protective Edge kicked off you may remember).
