Based on low res video and his own eyes (I guess) Luke Baker, Reuters Bureau Chief for Israel & Palestinian Territories; Chairman of Foreign Press Association, has made this explosive accusation on twitter:

This is footage from the ongoing Jihad riots going on:

.
There are undercover police (dressed like Arabs) but they look to me to be behind or on the Police lines not with the protestors.
We wait to see if Luke can back up his claim with real evidence or they’re going to have to spend a few hours in the Pallywood edit suite first before they can produce the “evidence”.
Updated: 18:01 7 Oct 2015 Luke just tweeted this YouTube video. Two observations: there are undercover police amongst the stone throwers, it’ll take a slow spool through in an edit program to see if any of them actually throw a stone. Stone throwing, however is well underway when the clip starts so this doesn’t provide any evidence that the undercover police incited the throwing. The clip also has an obvious cut in it. Why? What happened during the cut?
