Lebanese singer and entertainer Myriam Fares has landed herself in hot water – for superimposing her face on the Saudi flag.
Saudi Arabian people are furious with Lebanese diva Myriam Fares for sticking her pretty little face on their country’s flag on Facebook.
The 33-year-old singer was merely congratulating them on the 86th anniversary of Saudi Arabia’s National Day.
However, the large majority from the conservative Muslim country weren’t too keen on seeing Myriam’s fully made-up face on their flag, which has the words “There is no God but Allah, Muhammad is his Prophet” written on it.
In the comments section, hundreds of angry Muslims condemned Myriam for posting the photo, which many deemed as insulting to Islam.
Many bashed Myriam for placing God’s virtuous words on her “cheap, slutty face.”
What this story is missing is some negativity towards Israel.
Oh, wait.
Meanwhile, others barraged the daring artist with hurtful comments, including accusations of “standing by pro-Israel Saudi Arabia.”
Meanwhile, here is the offending picture.

The way the sword is across her throat – looks more like a possible future scenario for Myriam than anything else.
