Hamas Proves Again They Are Raving Antisemites

A few days ago, a heartwarming video emerged: Jews dancing with Arabs at a Chanukah candle-lighting ceremony in Bahrain of all places.

Acording to news reports, King Hamad Isa Khalifa hosted the local Jewish businessmen and other residents of Bahrain for the candle lighting ceremony. The event was also sponsored by an American Jewish businessman named Lazer Scheiner.

Despite the fact this video shows a lovely thing called coexistence (or perhaps precisely because of that), terror organization Hamas condemned it.

Officials from Hamas have criticised a video appearing to show Muslim and Jewish people dancing together at a Hanukka ceremony, describing it as a “disgraceful spectacle”.

The Islamist group said the video from the event, hosted by the king of Bahrain and attended by members of the local Jewish community, was “humiliating” after it was posted on YouTube.

In the clip, Muslim and Jewish men wearing keffiyehs and kippahs were seen performing a traditional Hasidic dance during a candle-lighting ceremony.

“In light of the increasing pace of international sympathy for the Palestinian cause… and the growing boycott of the Zionist movement in all forms, a group of dignitaries and traders in the State of Bahrain hosted a Zionist, racist and extremist Jewish delegation and danced with them in a humiliating and disgraceful spectacle,” Hamas officials said in a statement.

“Hamas calls on Bahrain to fully stop any form of normalisation with the Zionist enemy.”

There is absolutely no evidence the Jews dancing are Israelis or “Zionists.” As I mentioned, Lazer Scheiner is American. I see no evidence of him being a staunch advocate for Israel. In fact, a Google search indicates he travels all over the place – but no evidence of visits to Israel. I am pretty sure Hamas has no such evidence either.

In other words, Hamas’ reaction is entirely born out of Jew hatred. They see all Jews as the enemy.

Of course, we know this already from their covenant, statements and actions. Yet people, such as Jimmy Carter, claim they want peace, while it is Israel who doesn’t.

While Hamas may be unhappy about this video and the coexistence between Muslims and Jews on display, they are rather happy about something else that occurred a few days ago.
