Footage Does Not Lie About Today’s Vehicular Attack, But Media Does

Today, a palestinian woman attempted to run over a group of civilians and IDF soldiers standing near a bus stop, and was shot and seriously wounded for her efforts.

It was attempted murder, plain and simple. I say this because the footage of the attack is available and unequivocal.

Note the car does not spin out of control or deviate from its course as it traverses the median strip towards the people near the bus stop.

Naturally, pro palestinian outlets like Ma’an News won’t let the facts borne out by the footage get in the way of their propaganda, leading with the woman being shot and charactering this as only an “alleged” attack.

And of course you can trust Ha’aretz to pull a similar stunt, suggesting it is only a claim of the IDF that this was an attack.

But what was the supposedly more middle-of-the-road (pardon the pun) Times Of Israel thinking?

They have even named their YouTube upload of the attack as a “suspected” car ramming!

Just like the attack itself, this brand of “journalism” is potentially lethal.

  1. They need to stop arresting terrorists – just kill them all and be done with it. Terrorism is a war crime and they are war criminals

    1. When you say “they” it often refers to 18 and 19 year old soldiers. Israel can’t have an official “shoot to kill” policy – there would be an outcry within Israel, not to mention the bleeding hearts leftists. What they should do is not allow them to have any status as “political prisoners”. They should be treated as mass-murderers. It’s only in Israel that these murderers get to have hero status.

  2. It is our humanity that causes us to not want to believe the worst of people. It becomes a conflict between humanity and self preservation. I think Golda Meir said something like “we will forgive them for killing our children, but we cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their children”.

    1. I would never forgive them for killing our children. I would not forgive the Nazis and I wont forgive the Arabs.

Israel needs barricades on every street in Jerusalem to protect people who are waiting for buses from these maniacal attacks.

      1. I’m with you. My point was that that’s the mentality at play. That’s the same reason why Israel is very proud of their record of providing medical care to Syrians, Palestinians from Gaza and Best Wank (oops there goes my dyslexia). The flip side of the coin is that a) You get the instances where the Arabs use their pass for entry to Israel for medical care to commit terrorist acts (like blowing up the hospital where they’re getting treatment); and b) Even though they are all altruistic, and not doing this for publicity, they do try and get recognition via positive publicity. This often backfires, as the lefty do-gooders accuse them of white-washing their (imagined) anti-Palestenian crimes. The more that Israel lets the Palestinian Arabs in, and increases the security threat for Israeli citizens, the more the leftists bleat about the terrible wall.

  3. Too bad the witch was not ventilated properly and is now in Hell. I worry about it being released as a “good will gesture to ‘Abu Mazen’).
