Note the horse seems to be passing by, at a slow speed. Yet the woman on the right is determined to earn an Oscar for Best Actress (even though her compatriots on the left seem hardly bothered).
I am guessing she was aware of the photographer and decided to ham it up for him. Either that, or she has a real horsephobia. Either way, her reaction is ridiculous and just the thing Mr Gharabli must have loved.
