In short, the PA is seeking emergency sessions of the Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) amid worries of growing ties between Israel and Arab and Muslim states. And of course they should be worried; the more these countries realize what Israel has to offer them – namely awesome science and technology, as well as security cooperation – the less likely they will continue to pay so much attention to what the palestinians offer them – namely whining and threats.
But what I find rather telling is the headline to the article:

In their paranoid, Israel-hate fixated minds, Israel developing warm relations with these countries is an onslaught or attack.
