Earlier today I posted:
As I slowly opened my eyes, I heard the unmistakable sound of a siren – and it wasn’t the same one we heard just a few days ago on Holocaust Remembrance Day to signify a two minute’s silence for those who perished.
It seems I was not alone in making the connection.
“When there’s a siren after Yom Hazikron (Holocaust Remembrance Day)..this is how I found my children today in the bomb shelter.”
Cute and scary at the same time! During one of today’s sirens, these children stood at attention thinking the siren was a memorial siren for yom hazikaron. 💔 Sweethearts. #Israel #IsraelUnderFire pic.twitter.com/uAWsVlf5ni
