In the social studies book prepared for the 6th grade secondary school and imam hatip secondary school, the history of the Uighur State was explained and the Israeli (Hebrew) alphabet was used instead of the Uighur Alphabet.
This screw-up is more delicious than a Turkish Delight and I would imagine would be enough to elicit this type of reaction from Chief Turkey Jerk Recep Erdogan
It’s a shame the mistake was caught – the textbook would make a welcome change from the kind of things normally found in a Turkish school.
