According to this tweeter, this is footage of palestinian supporters doing a traditional Dabke dance, but with a Nazi twist (hat tip: Mike).
At first I was not sure. I had just corrected the very same day this tweeter for posting something untrue, but the moves at the beginning of the video do look like a Nazi salute and possibly goose stepping. Here are some other examples of Dabke dancing; you do the math:
It sure seems to me like these “dancers” are taking a leaf out of Ilhan Omar’s book.
