Last week I posted about ‘The Fonz’ Henry Winkler being in Israel, presumably to film his scenes for his role in a comedy called Chanshi.
While most of you share my view that he seems like a good guy, a few of you expressed concern that given he is a ‘Hollywood liberal who voted for Obama’, he would, if anything, leave Israel criticizing her.
All I can say is right now, the signs are good that he is a real mensch who supports Israel.
On Twitter he has publicized the below, not once but twice:

Learn more about how Feminism and Zionism are both movements for liberation, equality and self-determination and why their achievements are still fragile as they face backlash to put women and Jews back “in their place” in this Zoom event tomorrow for #InternationalWomensDay2022.
Not just this, but he is actively promoting Israel while he is here:

Yeah, the Fonz is cool. I stand by that.
And watching him fanboy around the cast of Fauda (which he is on record as loving)…

…as well as Uri Geller
is a sight to behold.
Update: Mensch!
Lol. My son was an extra in an Israeli film featuring Henry Winkler – he was so excited to meet “the coach from Waterboy.” 🤦🏼♀️All jokes aside, he said Winkler was a mensch. pic.twitter.com/hvzQn4QZW5
