Quds News Network have posted photos of models wearing things inspired by the keffiyeh. And it is truly a sight to behold (hat tip: Judy).

I find it odd QNN would post this.
For a start, palestinian Arabs and their supporters have in the past become enraged over fashion houses using the keffiyeh for inspiration, crying out “cultural appropriation.” Perhaps it is ok for a Moroccan designer to do it since the Moroccan football team showed their support for “Palestine” at the World Cup of football?
And let’s not forget QNN is Hamas-affiliated. I cannot imagine anyone walking around Gaza looking like this

not ending up lifeless at the bottom of a tall building.
Heck, they do not even like people wearing regular keffiyehs there.
And while many comments to the QNN post seem to be fans, not all are:

Meanwhile, back to this photo:

He looks a bit like a male flight attendant to me.
Which is ironic, given the keffiyeh very much represents enemies of the flight attendant.
