Anti-Israel propaganda outfit The Palestinian Information Center – said to be “the leading gateway site in Hamas‘ online propaganda network of twenty websites” – has published a report alleging that Jews torched a wheat field in Ramallah (hat tip: Ruth S):
I have not seen this allegation published in the mainstream media or Israeli media, and given the source, my immediate reaction is absolute cynicism regarding the report’s veracity.
But this is even worse than a libel. It is a libel using an image of a palestinian crime against Jews!
In other words, an outlet probably associated with Hamas have used a photo of a Hamas-instigated, actual crime against Israeli Jews to blame Israeli Jews for a fabricated crime against palestinian Arabs.
Insane chutzpah.
