The BDS Movement is schnorring for money to pay for a new website, because – according to them – their current one is “on the verge of collapse”:
I am not sure how a website can be on the verge of collapse – I have been running mine for decades, most of the time on WordPress, which is free software (although I pay for web hosting). And I am not even a techie.
Looking at their site source code, it seems they are using Drupal, which is free, open-source software. Given the same software is good enough for the likes of NASA, VISA, and the Olympic Games, I am not sure why theirs is collapsing.
Perhaps they should just bite the bullet and use Wix. I mean, sure, it is Israeli, but it is not like their fellow Israel-haters and antisemites have not been caught using it.
