Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day 2013 began in Jerusalem, Israel.

Holocaust slides were being shown to a crowded theater audience,

as rockets were being fired into Southern Israel from Gaza.

The Israeli flag over the Knesset Building was lowered.

A quiet night, a time to remember,
