The following photo has been doing the rounds on social media, disseminated by the anti-Israel and antisemitic dregs on the internet:

It is an Israel hater’s and/or Jew hater’s wet dream: An Israeli man shouting a poor, defenseless palestinian woman, stopping her from worshiping at her holy site.
Or is it?
A closer look at the woman’s hand reveals she is holding a Jewish book of Psalms!

What would an Arab woman be doing with a book of Psalms? One could assume she stole it from the Jewish man, which could explain his angry demeanor.
Lucky we need not rely on assumptions. Have a look at this video from the scene. At about 6 seconds in, you can see her grabbing something from the man pictured.
Here is even clearer video, which really shows the level of provocation here.

Not only that, but you can see from the video that it is the Arabs trying to stop the Jews from worshiping, NOT the other way around. In fact the name of the video is “See Israeli settlers break into Al-Aqsa Mosque”, which is code-speak for “Jews going to their Holiest place, the Temple Mount.”
Once again, a photo can speak a thousand words, and they are all lies.
Remember: always questions your sources, especially when the Israel-and-Jew-hating brigade is concerned.

Update: Another photo from the scene showing the same man being physically assaulted by another Arab woman. Notice the caption, which is translated in a way that is diametrically opposed to the claim the man was preventing anyone from worshiping (Hat tip: Dee).
Update: Another photo from the scene reinforces who is trying to prevent who from worshiping (hat tip: Elder of Ziyon)

So what we have here is another example of “turnspeak,” the palestinian propaganda technique written about by Joan Peters in her book “From Time Immemorial.”
The term was first used by journalists to describe German propaganda after it invaded Czechoslovakia in March of 1939. To win sympathy for their invasion, the Germans practiced what has become known as “turnspeak”. They turned the blame back on the Czechs for trying to precipitate an all-out war in the region. In other words, the Czechs in their attempt to hang onto their land were ready to plunge all of Europe into war.
How did the rest of Europe respond to this lie? They believed it. World leaders decided that something had to be done to preserve peace at any cost.
Author William Shirer, who was a reporter in Europe at the time, distilled the truth simply when he wrote, “Thus the plight of the German minority in Czechoslovakia was merely a pretext…for cooking up a stew in a land he [Hitler] coveted, undermining it, confusing and misleading its friends and concealing his real purpose…to destroy the Czechoslovak state and grab its territories…”
Update: According to Yisrael in the comments, the Jewish man assaulted is Shear-Yashuv Kalmanovitz, son of Jerusalem city councilor Dov Kalmanovitz.
