This is apparently from an Arab or palestinian “Candid Camera” type show. The premise is that two Arabs dress up like the classic anti-Semitic caricature of a Jew and try to persuade an elderly palestinian man to sell them his land. Hilarity ensues.
This is not the first time we have seen an Arab version of Candid Camera. You might recall this gem from Egyptian Candid Camera a few years ago.
