For years on this blog, I have written about the reality of life in Gaza through my “concentration camp Gaza series.” As I have prefaced my posts in the series
Inspired by the old Gaza mall photos, I have featured on this blog various facilities from Gaza, with the aim of providing readers with a glimpse into the real Gaza, which is anything but a concentration camp as some claim.
My point is not that there is no hardship in Gaza, but rather that the situation is a far cry from what is being presented by the palestinians, their supporters and the mainstream media.
Now Al Jazeera has come along with a video report that does a great job to affirm all of this!
True, they probably did not mean for it to get into Western, English-speaking hands (the report is in Arabic, but was recently translated by the indispensible MEMRI). But that does not concern me – what does is that you all watch it for yourselves and share it around.
It actually makes me almost want to visit. Alas, the bloodthirsty terrorists and Hitler store kind of put me off.
