Esteem Publications’ Director Neil Saville Resigns After Antisemitic Tweet Scandal

A few days ago I posted how antisemitic tweets were posted by the Esteem Publications social media account. Following the ensuing uproar, they claimed they were hacked, but I posited this was a lie, based on a number of things.

A few days later, and Esteem has tweeted out the following:

Note how according to the announcement, Saville is resigning “due to the upset caused by these comments, and the ill-health which has since taken him.” Not because he did anything wrong. He is portrayed as the victim here.

I am also curious as to who will formally investigate “the origins of the comments.” Besides, I thought Twitter was investigating.

Although I suspect there will be no investigation. Because the origin of the tweets is known – and it has just resigned.
