Turkey’s Anadolu Agency Performs Nationality Reassignment Surgery

Here’s a story you may have missed, unless you followed some of the Israeli and Jewish news sites:

A delegation of Israeli doctors entered the Gaza Strip on Thursday morning to provide free treatment for hundreds of Gazans impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

The medical delegation — organized by Physicians for Human Rights – Israel — is the first of its kind from Israel to the coastal enclave since the beginning of the pandemic nine months ago.

The twelve doctors, all of whom are Israeli Arabs, will conduct surgeries, medical training, and instruction for Palestinian medical teams, the rights group said.

“The treatments will not deal with coronavirus, but rather with the chronically ill and other emergency cases whose treatment has been delayed because of coronavirus,” said Ran Yaron, a spokesperson for PHRI.

Turkey’s Anadolu Agency did report on this, but with a twist

Palestinian doctors, residents of Israel, arrived in the Gaza Strip, Thursday, through the Beit Hanoun / Erez crossing, to help medical teams deal with the Corona virus.

The Director General of Pharmacy at the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Munir al-Borsh, said, “A team consisting of ten Palestinian doctors (who hold Israeli nationalities) arrived in the Gaza Strip to provide health services and perform surgical operations.”

Al-Barsh added, in a special statement to the Anadolu Agency correspondent, that the doctors specialize in the departments of surgery, abdominal and vascular, in addition to psychiatrists.

He explained that the team has been visiting Gaza continuously for years to provide medical services, but this visit is the first since the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the Strip.

Al-Bersh pointed out that the medical team carries with them “high-quality, high-quality” specialized drugs. To contribute to the treatment of Corona patients in the Gaza Strip hospitals.

“The medical team carries medical and surgical equipment (without specifying its details), and will perform surgical operations for a number of patients,” he added.

By referring to the Israeli-Arabs as palestinians, Anadolu is take a swipe at Israel. Yet they cannot avoid the facts that

  • These Arab doctors are residents of Israel, which has enabled them to be educated as doctors and work as doctors. So much for the “apartheid” myth.
  • These Arab doctors are working in Israeli hospitals, which is allowing and supporting them to go work in Gaza in order to help the palestinians
  • The Israeli government is allowing this all to take place

Meanwhile, Hamas is still holding two Israeli hostages, one being Hisham al-Sayed, an Israeli Bedouin. Would Anadolu refer to him also as a palestinian?

Pardon my French, but the Israel-haters like Anadolu are full of sh*t.
