The Palestinian Information Center reports on “COVID-19 in Palestine”
Mai Al-Kailah, the Palestinian Minister of Health, announced on Monday that 31 deaths and 1,514 new cases of the coronavirus were recorded, after conducting 5,458 examinations during the past 24 hours.
Kailah stated in the daily epidemiological report of coronavirus that 1,848 new recoveries were recorded. The recovery rate of coronavirus reached 81.4 percent while the rate of active infections reached 17.7 percent, and the death rate was 0.9% of all infections.
She said that 17 deaths were recorded in the West Bank as follows: Nablus 4, Tulkarem 3, Jenin 3, Bethlehem 3, al-Khalil 1, Ramallah 3, in addition to 11 deaths in the Gaza Strip and 3 in Jerusalem.
Gaza seems to be leading the death tally, and the haters continue to blame it on Israel
But the truth is hard to hide, so when you see photos of crowds of people without masks like the below*
then realize once again, they are responsible for the bad predicament they are in.
By the way, note the relatively low death rate, way below the world average of 3%. If Gaza was truly a “prison”, you’d expect a much higher rate.
