Israel is currently leading the world in the coronavirus immunization rate, and a major reason for this is our universal healthcare system.
One of the main healthcare providers here is called Maccabi, and they apparently sent out the following English version of a survey to members who got the Pfizer vaccine:
It seems they translated the word “נימול” as “circumcision”, which is one of its meanings. But the word can also mean “paresthesia” (the abnormal sensation of the skin like tingling, pricking, chilling, burning, numbness)
Ouch!
