Where are We Now?

It is almost Friday afternoon prayer time in the Middle East.

Syrians are fighting Syrians.

Egyptians against Egyptians.

Turkey has enough Syrian refugees.

So, Jordan, Iran or Iraq perhaps?

Where are We Now?

This man was walking alone,

outside the Walls of The Old City,

and into Jaffa Gate, no guards, no barriers, no bombs, no separate path.

Could Jerusalem, Israel be the safest place in Middle East for a Muslim man to pray?

For “riots” near Damascus Gate, the media would be called,

but for a regular, non-violent Friday, never.

A photo like this one just does not fit the “we are victims” branding of PA.
