One of the tests to determine who is an antisemite is to see if they employ a double standard against Israel, the only Jewish state in the world.
And today, we were handed the opportunity to put that test into action, with news that two palestinians died after Egypt pumped toxic gas into the smuggling tunnel they were in.
The Hamas-run Gaza Interior Ministry was quoted by Wafa news as identifying the two as 39-year-old Hamas officer Abdul Hamid al-Aker, who was killed during a “security mission to inspect the tunnel,” and 28-year-old Sobhi Abu Qarshin. Abu Qarshin was said to have died during a rescue attempt.
Had Israel done it, Ali “Abumination” Abunimah and his fellow Electronic Intifackas would be all over the story. Instead, all we have from them on this is this:
Same goes for fellow anti-Zionists-not-antisemites CJ Werleman, Linda Sarsour, and pretty much almost all the usual hive of scum and villainy, who seem to prefer to use the time to defend the antisemitic statements of their card-carrying member Ilhan Omar. Same goes for the various BDS groups.
Imagine for a moment had Israel gassed palestinians in a tunnel. These same haters would not shut up about it, demand recriminations, and probably even make Holocaust analogies.
And that’s another thing. Israel would never do anything like this, yet we still get condemned by the likes of these people. What does this all tell you?
In other words, pointing out their non-reaction to this story is analogous to smoking out these antisemites.
