The Times of Israel, What’s Your Game?

Yesterday, the IDF destroyed a terror tunnel that had entered Israeli territory. The nine killed included these fine, upstanding civilians.

I am clearly being sarcastic about these Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists being fine, upstanding civilians, but reading the relevant Times of Israel headline, and you might think just that.

Sure, the sentence underneath the headline explains most of the dead were terrorists, but this is not good enough, especially when the headline is in bold, white letters about 3 times as large as the harder-to-see grey text.

This kind of thing has become all-too-commonplace for the Times of Israel. I truly do not understand what they are trying to achieve.
