The Israeli Prime Minister and his Security Cabinet met Monday night, June 2, 2014. Unanimously they decided to hold the Palestinian Authority responsible for all actions that harm the security of Israel which originate in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip.
Also, Netanyahu added,
Today, Abu Mazen said yes to terrorism and no to peace. The agreement with Hamas makes Abu Mazen directly responsible for the terrorism emanating from Gaza.
The State of Israel will not conduct diplomatic negotiations with a Palestinian government that relies on Hamas, a terrorist organization that calls for the destruction of Israel.”
Around the time Hamas and Abu Mazen were meeting to sign their fateful agreement, I was in Jerusalem, Israel walking on King George Street.
There in front of me, I saw an Arab girl surrounded by Israeli soldiers. Since faked photos and videos have become the norm for the Arab propaganda machine. I wondered what Pallywood could do with this scene.
The truth was that this Arab girl walked up to the group of Israeli soldiers,
and was ignored by them.
At the corner, she crossed the street. And the soldiers went on to the Great Synagogue for a special program planned for religious soldiers before the Shavuot holiday.
For those who believe in Israeli apartheid and IDF oppression, the shocking truth is that this Arab girl knows better. She can walk down a Jerusalem street alone safely.
At least for now.
Because none of us know what this “Unity” government has in store for us all.
