The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) thinks it has uncovered an Israeli Eurovision plot.
.@Eurovision organizers claim it is non-political yet allow Israel to misrepresent the occupied Palestinian Old City of Jerusalem as “Israel” & to wipe Palestinians off the map with its logo!@EBU_HQ is complicit in enabling apartheid Israel’s propaganda.#BoycottEurovision2019 pic.twitter.com/ZS6HJRD0QZ

Umm, no:
The logo is made up of three triangles – two gold and one blue neon – that together form a star. It’s accompanied by the already-announced slogan for this year’s competition: “Dare to Dream.”
“As the triangles join and combine, they become a new single entity reflecting the infinite stellar sky,” said KAN on Tuesday, “as the stars of the future come together in Tel Aviv for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.”
As a reminder, PACBI is the academic arm of the BDS National Committee (BNC) operating from Ramallah with close ties with the PNIF (Palestinian National Islamic Forces), an organization which is comprised of many Palestinian organizations including five terror groups, among them; Hamas, the PFLP and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. So if anyone is trying to wipe another off the map, it is them.
